• In 2010 I was at a turning point……..

My WNU experience

Nuclear is truly global, sharing the same challenges and solutions

Nuclear is unique in sharing information with its competitors

Inspiring lectures and challenges for the next generation

• George Felgate (then the WANO Managing Director) - How do we transfer lessons learnt from past experience and transfer it to future operators?

Impact on my career

• It was the combination of:- Realising that nuclear is truly global, sharing

the same challenges and solutions- Recognition that nuclear is unique in sharing

information with its competitors- Inspiring lectures and challenges for the next

generation

• That led me to apply and get the role of Organisational Learning Fleet Manager

Progress with the challenge from George Felgate

Other ways the WNU has helped my career
