Activity Badge: Awarded when a participant reaches 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 activity hours. A participant earns the 5 hour badge when they reach a total of 5 hours of activity, 10 hour badge for 10 total hours of activity, etc. A participant earns each hour badge one time.

10 WEEK WELLNESS CHALLENGE BADGES

Captain Badge: Awarded for being the Captain of a team.

Login Badge: Awarded to a participant when they log into their dashboard the first time.

Star Badge: Awarded after any personal goals are entered and completed.

Triple Threat Badge: Awarded when a participant records activity three times in one recording period. (Can win multiple times)

Group Weight Loss Badge: Awarded to the participant that lost the most weight on the team for the recording week.(Can win multiple times)

Improvement Badge: Awarded when a participant records activity and/or weight for two consecutive recording periods following two consecutive periods of no recording.

Recipe Badge: Awarded after a participant views a recipe.

Electronic Reading Badge: Awarded after a participant views an article or resource.

Group Activity Badge: Awarded to the participant that had the most activity on their team for the recording week.(Can win multiple times)

Team Recording Badge: Awarded to a team when each member records at least once during the recording period. (Can win multiple times)

Champion Badge: Awarded when a participant has recorded more than five activities.

Weekend Warrior Badge: Awarded when a participant is active on both Saturday and Sunday of one recording period.(Can win multiple times)

Weight Badge: Awarded when a participant reaches 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 pounds lost. A participant earns the 5 pounds badge when they lose 5 pounds and the 10 pound badge for 10 pounds, etc.(from starting weight to current weight).
