The Committees on Labor, Employment and Human Resources Development,

National Defense and Security, and Finance, to which was referred Senate B ill No. 1607,

introduced by Senator Paolo Benigno “Bam" Aquino IV, entitled:

“ AN ACTSTRENGTHENING THE EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE CITIZEN ARMED FORCES OR THE RESERVE FORCE OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE

PHILIPPINES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”

have considered the same and have the honor to report it back to the Senate with the

recommendation that the attached Senate Bill No. 1698 prepared by the

Committees, entitled:

“ AN ACTSTREGNTHENING THE EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE CITIZEN ARMED FORCES OR THE RESERVE FORCE OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE

PHILIPPINES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”

be approved in substitution of Senate Bill No. 1607, with Senators Paolo Benigno “Bam”

Aquino IV, Joel Villanueva, Gregorio B. Honasan II, and Loren B. Legarda as authors

thereof.
