ProcedureProcedure: Sources and XRF spectra acquisitions to obtain a fit to the surrogate function.

Goal: 1) Average calibration of detectors.2) Study of the sensor uniformity and

single pixel calibration.3) Use energy values instead of TOT for

test-beam analysis.

Detectors: Sources:1) A06-W0110: 50μm, V=15V - 55Fe: 5.8 keV2) L04-W0125: 100μm, V=35V - 109Cd: 22.9 keV3) C04-W0110: 50μm, V=15V - 241Am 26.2 keV; 60 keV4) D09-W0126: 300μm, V=35V X-ray fluorescence:5) B06-W0125: 100μm, V=-50V - Indium: 24 kev6) B07-W0125: 100μm, V=40V - Copper: 8 kev
