2-Roll Auto Bending Rolls

2-roll plate bending roll�is�designed�to�prebend�and�roll�the�plate�into�a�completed�cylinder�in�one�pass,and�in�a�very�short�cycle�time.The�machine�consists�of�2�rolls;�a�fixed�top�roll�and�a�moveable�lower�roll.Thetop�roll �made�of�carbon�steel � with� cladding,� and�the �lower�roll �made �of�carbon�steel �and� cover �withurethane�outside.Hydraulically�powered�both�top�and�lower�rolls,�with�using�correct�size�of�the�top�roll�forrolling�diameter,�the�cylinder�can�be�done�in�just�one�pass�and�get�very�perfect�prebending�on�the�headand�tail�edge. LED readout�for�showing�the�position�of�the�lower�roll�and�PLC�electric�system�with�pushbuttons�for�all�controls�make�the�operation�to�be�more�simple�and�convenient.�The�working�capacity�rangeis�suitable�from�0.3mm�-�4mm�thickness�by�600mm�-�1500mm�width.

The�Air 4-Roll Auto Rolls�machine�is�designed�to�prebend�and�roll�the�plate�into�a�completed�cylinder�inone�pass,�and�in�a�very�short�cycle�time!�All�rolls�are�journalled�in�bearings,�hardened�and�ground.�The�topand�lower�rolls�are�driven�by�an�efficiency�motor.�Air�system�comes�with�clean�and�quite�feature�providespower�to�all�roll�movements�as�well�as�the�drop�end�for�easy�removal�of�the�finished�cylinder.�Controls�allby�pushbuttons�provide�manual�and�auto�run�mode�for�setting�and�production.�LED�readouts�provide�fastand�easy�positioning�the�side�rolls�for�reducing�setting�time.
