This March, Flower Show
visitors can enjoy a day in
Paris without having to get
on a plane. The 2011 Show,
Springtime in Paris, will
include all things French,
from a veritable bouquet of
French-themed exhibits to
design and cuisine, and yes,
even a massive, brilliantly lit
Eiffel Tower. And of course,
the Flower Show Shoppe
and Marketplace will offer a
multitude of gifts, products,
and ideas for the home and
garden.
The Flower Show bene–
fi ts the Pennsylvania
Horticultural Society, and
PHS will mount a display
that provides an overview
of its signature programs,
including its work to
transform the Benjamin
Franklin Parkway; its new
Plant One Million tree-
planting campaign; and the
City Harvest program, which
feeds 1,000 families in the
city each week.
Visit thefl owershow.com

special attractions at the

The Loews Philadelphia Hotel was once a bank — The Philadelphia Savings Fund Society (PSFS) — commissioned in 1929. Designed by William Lescaze and George Howe, the 36-story building is an undisputed masterpiece in the history of American architecture.
Many original details that still exist today, such as, the Cartier clocks (still in operation), the bank vault doors, safe and safety deposit boxes.
The PSFS sign on the roof was the first of its kind. The red neon letters, 27 feet tall, were integrated into the buildings design and lit 24-hours a day. To this day, the sign remains lit and serves as a beacon in the Philadelphia skyline.

“23” is just a few blocks from the Square and the entrance to the Schuylkill Expressway. This building offers accessibility to all that Center City Philadelphia has to offer. Terraces and private balconies overlook a magnificent interior courtyard garden. As for the exterior view, enjoy it without the sounds of the city; these units all have soundproof glass windows which open, if needed. From the minute you step inside you’ll find elegance, innovation and distinction of upscale city living. A strikng open lobby greets you, as does stainless steel and stone, with a flowing staircase. Unlike many buildings in the area, elegance hasn’t been saved for simply the homes interiors; the building has premium custom carpet in the hallways with silk moray wall covering. You’ll feel like you’re home before you put the key in the door.
“23” A Condominium offers 24-hour doorman/concierge; enclosed monitored parking; hardwood floors throughout; and bathrooms with marble floors, walls and vanities. Kitchens are beautifully equipped with Viking appliances, Pennsylvania-made cabinetry and granite countertops. You’ll always be greeted in the lobby by helpful staff members, an elegant interior courtyard oasis, and a snowmelt system installed under the sidewalks. Creativity in financing is unique to “23.” It is the only condominium in Center City Philadelphia to offer in-house financing. Currently we offer financing rates of 3.99% up to $417,000, 4.99% up to $650,000. and 5.99% up to $1,500,000. This would be a 30 year fixed mortgage with only 10% down. No closing cost to buyer except for pre-paid items, no PMI, no interest your first year, transfer tax waived for buyer, and on top of all that you still receive a 10-year tax abatement. Our price range is $274,000 to $2.8 mil-lion. The sales center is open daily and weekends from 11am - 5pm. Call us today 215.564.2333
