About the Camp
The Youth Leadership Summer Camp is a com-
munity funded, four-week day camp that
encourages and enhances character building,
educational achievement, civic responsibility
and career exploration for the purpose of
developing leadership in youth.
The goal of the camp is to instill in children
the life skills they’ll need to become responsi-
ble successful adults. This means the camp
has a curriculum based on academic reinforce-
ment, character education and health and
wellness.
Campers’ academic growth will be measured
throughout the camp and customized tutoring
plans will be created by certified teachers.
Parent involvement is strongly encouraged and
there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer!
