Movin’ & Groovin’ Summer Camp is a fun-filled activity based

summer camp designed to help build communication and

social skills while promoting fitness, creativity, adaptive skills,

and small group participation.

The camp is for individuals ages 6-21 years old with autism or

a developmental disability.The camp is divided into two

different age groups and each age group will meet two

afternoons per week during the six-week session. There are a

limited number of spaces available for summer camp.

CAMP SCHEDULE

Camp Hours: 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Ages 6-12Mondays & Wednesdays

Ages 13-21Tuesdays & Thursdays

Cost: $90 

Seven weeks: June 15 - July 24 (No camp July 3)

Highly skilled staff in the areas of recreation, speech andlanguage, behavior analysis, fitness, special education, andmusic therapy will be facilitating the activities and providesupport to enable individuals to successfully participate inactivities with their peers. The Movin’ and Groovin’ Virtual Summer Camp’s mission is toprovide opportunities for individuals to actively engage withstaff and peers while participating in a variety of activities. Aparent, guardian or caregiver is required to be at home duringcamp to supervise and provide assistance. We understandthat participants may need breaks during camp. Individualsare not required to participate in all daily activities to enroll insummer camp.
