Outdoor nature sculpture: Look at the Andy Goldworthy Visual sheet in the additional resources. Go outside and find natural materials to use to create a work of art in his style.
Youtube “LUNCH DOODLES with Mo Willems.” Pick your favorite episode to draw a book character.
Use playdough, floam, or any other modeling type of clay to make a sculpture or creature. If you do not have playdough see the additional resources for a recipe. Make sure you ask your parents first. :)
Follow “Let’s Draw Robots” guided drawing in the additional resources to draw a robot! Color your robot with washable markers to add some color. Bonus: Use a slightly wet paintbrush to paint over your marker lines to turn the marker into watercolor paint! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiGnFetB7Wg
Find and discover new textures! Walk around your house or neighborhood and take texture rubbings of different objects! Use a piece of paper and a crayon to put over the top of the object. Rub the crayon on the paper to see the texture pop up! What is your favorite?

Instrument Invention: Draw a picture of your invention. Describe the following: how it is played, constructed, and what it sounds like. Challenge: Build your instrument invention!
How many songs can you name? Write down or name as many songs as you can think of in one minute. Choose one of the songs you listed/named and sing or listen to a recording. Challenge: Draw a picture about the song.
Music Interview: Interview a family member or trusted adult. Ask the following questions and draw or write the answer in a notebook or journal. 1. What is your favorite song? Why? 2. What instruments do you play? 3. What does music mean to you? 4. Who are your favorite artists?
Listening Log: Write down music that you hear each day. This music can come from anywhere! Some examples include: the radio, commercials, and cartoon opening credits. Draw a picture about what you hear.

Have a fidget spinner? Print out the “Fidget Spinner P.E. Board” in the additional resources packet. Use your spinner to see which exercises you should do! Mark one side of the spinner to point to an exercise.
Develop your own exercise routine! Pick 5-10 exercises from the website below. Do 15-20 repetitions of each exercise. Be sure to challenge yourself while taking breaks and drinking plenty of water. Exercises Archive
Have a hula hoop? Go outside (with your parent’s permission) and practice different tricks. Can you hula hoop around your waist, arms, and knees? Can you roll the hoop? Can you come up with tricks of your own? Be creative!
Young Innovators

Junk innovation! Look around your house for things being thrown away or recycled. Can you “repurpose” them, and create something new? Be a “trash engineer!”
Start a nature diary! Look out the window each day, and draw what you see...birds, flowers, changes in the weather. What is happening each day?
Design and make an obstacle course at home or in your yard. How fast can you complete it? Get someone to time you!
