What colors should you use?

• Color psychology reveals how different hues, tones and shades affect appetite and mood.

• The psychology of color is revealed in daily life, because different hues and shades have direct subconscious effects on mood, energy level, and emotions.

Psychology of Blue

• Blue is connected to calmness, cleanliness, and wisdom.

• However, this color is thought to be an appetite suppressant.

• Thus, all shades of blue and dark blue used in the décor and eating utensils have shown to reduce appetite by 70%.

Psychology of Red

• Red hues are warm, active, and exciting. • Red has been known to increase appetite in

restaurants.

Psychology of Green

• Green is a tranquilizing color, and is connected to the interaction between human and environmental health.

• Green is usually associated with freshness, coolness, and clarity.

Psychology of Orange

• Orange is associated with warmth, enthusiasm, and exuberance.

• Orange isn’t as intense as red because it’s blended with the cheeriness of yellow.

Consider color

• Recent studies in the field of dieting psychology have proved that your appetite can considerably increase with the use of bright colors (red, yellow, orange, peach) in the décor and eating utensils.
