5 MISTAKES YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE GETTING INTO THE VENDING MACHINE BUSINESS

Getting in the business without examining what niche you're looking to serve. The vending machine business is very competitive. The more you know about your niche in the beginning your more you'll save on headaches Size Location Products

Don't purchase machines that need a lot of work, or obsolete. That will eat away at time and money. If however you do, consider this costs up front and subtract that from the amount you are willing spend on a machine

When you find a new location, do not waste a lot of time delivering your machine to the location. If you do, you risk losing the location to another vending company.

Don't go after the unpopular brands. The more popular brands tend to be cheaper when you buy in larger quantities. The smaller names aren't usually available in the larger quantities therefore they tend to be more expensive per individual unit.

Don't overcharge for your products. This is the NUMBER 1 quickest way to lose a location to competitor and also ignite a boycott among employees. Be fair, charge what the market demands.
