Over the last 6 years, FreedomApps' programming team have developed over 130 awesome apps for clients in over 13 countries. They’ve spent nearly 250,000 man hours in front of their keyboards programming new app ideas. We know our stuff! And we’re constantly on the cutting edge of which apps are hot and which are not. Even more important we’re watching trends over the next 3 years to see what the next big winners are likely to be.We have two offices both in Sydney and abroad. In Sydney we’re situated amongst the leafy streets and cafes of trendy Victoria St, Darlinghurst.

Failing to provide recognition

Periodic feedback, lack of distraction and constantly increasing the challenge are the top keys which drive superstar employees to perform at his or her best!

"In the corporate world, rewards and recognition are the same as winning awards in sports."

Failing to provide autonomy to top performers

Highly educated employees work best when given freedom over their work.

“Freedom to choose the time, method of doing the task or the task itself are some of the ways to provide autonomy at work”

Failing to provide challenging but not too difficult tasks constantly makes top employees bored.

"It’s widely known that A-players want to work with A-players. When managers don’t hire good people, it’s a crucial demotivator for those stuck working alongside them. Promoting the wrong people is even worse as it is demeaning to those who really deserve the promotion."

Hiring and promoting non-performers to work with A-Players will lessen productivity.

Work environment plays a great factor in determining drive and productivity.

"The best employees perform better that others since they enter the "Flow" state of mind. When you are in the state of flow, your entire being is immersed in the activity and everything seems to be working together in complete harmony."

Providing too much work declines productivity.

There is nothing wrong in motivating employees to work hard. However, studies show that overworking declines productivity.

"Overworking good employees is perplexing; it makes them feel as if they’re being punished for great performance."
