(monetary) and awards for their contribution in work.

It is suggest that, superior in the organisation should maintain good relationship with

employees.

From finding it is suggest that management should concentrate on promotion and

career growth & development.

The organisation should introduce promotion policy at operation level.

From the finding it is suggest that the organisation can implement recognition as a

strategies to reduce stress.

It is suggest that, organisation should improve the health measures which include dust

& fumes, spittoons, latrines and urinals.

From the finding it is suggest that the organisation should improve the safety and

welfare measures which include canteen, first aid appliances and shelter, rest room

and lunch room.

It is clear that in this organisation majority of the employees are female so,

management should provide creaches facility.
