Floor plans• Current project is an old craftsman home that is no longer

functional. Goal is to take the character and style of the era and give it a more modern layout by – Creating better sightlines from the living room to the

kitchen. Currently it feels very separated and I like to try to create a more open space

– Currently you need to go through a bedroom to get to some other rooms. We will change the floor plan so each bedroom will be separate and you will be able to get there through the hallway we are going to extend.

– Merge two rooms into a master bedroom and take out the current hall door that leads to the bathroom and give the MBR that bathroom.

• Here are 3D views of the kitchen & bathrooms we will be installing. I like to have this done before construction (in addition I have additional sheets with exact layouts and measurements we give to the contractor to avoid mistakes and get more precise bids)

• Recently I have been using darker cabinets and floors because it feels richer to me.
