WHAT IS ASCMC? Non-Profit Corporation– IRS 501(c)3 Students as “shareholders” in the

corporation Election to Board of Directors Funds distributed in a viewpoint-neutral manner

Represent students to the administration when necessary

Parties, events, clubs and publications, yearbook, etc.

WHERE DOES ASCMC GET MONEY?

ASCMC FUNDS: ~$310K Discretionary: $94.6k

Social Affairs Council ($21k)- Brian Fuerst '09 Dorm Presidents ($16k, $15 per capita) Student Life Council ($15k)- Courtney Cikach '09 Campus Organizations Chair ($10k)- Josh Siegel '10 Dormitory Affairs Committee ($9.5k)- Kylie Alsofrom '09 President's Discretionary Fund ($2.6k)- Erik Hansell '09 Class Presidents

Class of 2009 ($13.5k)- Naomi Bagdonas '09 Class of 2010 ($3k)- William Robelo-Lara '10 Class of 2011 ($3k)- Eric Scott '11 Class of 2012 ($1k)- Will Kahn '12

Voting: $11.8k General Fund, Board ($3.8k)- Erik Hansell '09 Senate ($8k)- Isayas Theodros '10

Others: band reserve, IPTV, clubs, etc.

HOW TO GET REIMBURSED

1. Using the receipts you have saved, fill out a Check Request Form (found here on ASCMC.org)

2. Attach the receipt(s) and proof of advertisement, if relevant

3. Turn the form into the person who oversees the fund from which the money comes from (e.g. Isayas for Senate funding, Josh for club funding, etc.)

4. For special circumstances, contact that person
