The workshops start at 9am Saturday every month and run until approximately 3pm, and include all you need to make cheese on the day, morning tea, lunch and cheese tasting. No prior experience necessary.
Other cheese workshops available on request including cheddar, washed rind, gruyere, bocconcini and halloumi.
Anna-Kate Pizzini completed her first cheese making
course 15 years ago and has been making cheese from
home since. She is passionate about home cheese making
and helping others get started on their cheese
making journey.
