What is Action-X?

Action- X is designed to increase speed, power and agility. Using customized equipment and training devices for athletes of all ages from any sport to help you reach your potential.

Action-X

Plyometric drills are included to improve power and explosiveness!

High Speed Treadmill tracks improvement in turnover and leg speed.

This Treadmill is capable of speeds up to 30MPH and an incline of 30% grade. Includes a built in spotting system to keep people safe as they train at such high speeds.

Running Mechanics

• All Sessions start with a 15 minute warm up which emphases proper running mechanics, footwork for any sport.

Ladder Drills

All agility drills are done in multiple directions to improve performance.

Use of agility/footwork drills both with and without cords enhances muscle memory and directional Speed!

HIP-X MACHINE

Strength Develops hip girdle

strength in extension, flexion, abduction and adduction.

Power and Speed Helps develops

muscles needed to drive up the knees and cycle through the running motion with force and power.

JUMP-X MACHINE

JUMP-X MACHINE

Strength Helps develops explosive lower body strength by

allowing athletes to perform a jumping motion with added weight.

Explosion With the sled function allows athletes to use an

explosion motion with their lower body.

Performance With up to 980 pounds even the strongest athlete

will feel the resistance. The easy glide of the sled and angles keeps joints and muscles safer.

Single leg jumps to equalize leg strength and power distribution.

The strongerthe athlete is the faster they will be.

Plyometric Jump Training

We test for vertical jump in any type of sport where Jumping is a primary component because we emphasize proper jumping mechanics.

Patternized jump boards

Ideal for footwork and lateral / multi-directional agility.

Belted Cord Jumps

X-Plode and TRX Cords

• Provides resistance to any movement.

• For use of all ages

• Provides Functional Strength for all sports

• Yellow- 20lbs per cord• Red- 30lbs per cord • Blue- 40lbs per cord • Black-60lbs per cord

360-X Belts

Has two attachments points at the hip and allows for 360 degrees of resistance movement.

Knee Drive drills with resistance.

Advanced jumping drills with cords.
