STATE TIMES NEWSUDHAMPUR: The performance of banksregarding achievements under Annual CreditPlan 2020-21 and the position of deposits,advances and CD ratio was today reviewed hereat DLRC/DCC meeting chaired by AdditionalDeputy Commissioner, Nagendra Singh Jamwal.

The meeting was attended by AssistantCommissioner Development, Mushtaq

Chowdhary; District Information Officer, Er.Sajad Bashir Somberia; Chief AgricultureOfficer, Convenor, Ramesh Raina; Lead DistrictManager, SBI, Udhampur, Anil Reshi; ManagerRBI, Jammu, Rajesh Kumar; DDM, NABARDUdhampur, Rajesh Gupta; Cluster Head J&KBank , C.M. Bhat; Chief Manager, SBI, ProjectOfficer, DRDA, DUDA, Director RSETI,BDOs of various Blocks, Bankers and several

other district functionaries.Lead District Manager, Ramesh Raina,

informed the meeting that the banks recordedRs.52036.77 crore deposits and Rs 1750.47 croreadvances as on June 30, 2020 . The CD ratio ofthe district was 33.43%, while the achievementunder ACP 2020-21 stood at Rs 128.77 Croreagainst the annual target of Rs. 1521.44 crore .

The ADC took an extensive review of the

Government sponsored schemes with specialfocus on KCC and PMEGP schemes. He advisedthe sponsoring agencies to conduct awarenesscamps in the panchayats in coordination withbanks to motivate the people for availing the selfemployment schemes. He also directed for hold-ing PMJDY camps along with the FinancialLiteracy Camps in order to ensure 100% Aadharseeding for DBTs and Pradhan Mantri Jan

Dhan Yojna scheme.The LDM informed the meeting that against

74752 cases sponsored by agriculture depart-ment, Banks have sanctioned 71179 KCCs and50334 cases have been credit linked to the tune ofRs.3165.31 lakh till 30.06.2020.

The ADC advised all the Banks to ensure 100%Adhar linkage of pensioners, PMKISSAN A/cswith KCCs by the end of September 2020.
