Workplan 2018

To achieve the Academic Network’s objectives, the workplan is focused on:

• Int. Forum in conjunction with the Eighth Session of UN-GGIM Committee of Expert Meeting, with the Theme on: The SDGs Connectivity Dilemma: Urban Settlements, Resilience, and Sustainability, Monday, 30 July 2018, NY.

• In close collaboration with other UN-GGIM entities, identify relevant items and opportunities for closer collaboration and contribution within the context of UN-GGIM work and Agenda.

� Capacity Building in conjunction of UN-GGIM events and

• call and promote for membership and engagement via dedicated website.

• The current UN-GGIM WGs' workplans to identify the areas for support and input, and actively participating in their activities

� Explore the development of an infrastructure to facilitate SDG indicator and research registry

� Training and research programs, inventory of current capabilities, MOOCs, facilities, current projects, etc. relevant to UN-GGIM activities.
