Administrative Users can control user access on Franklin American

Mortgage Company’s website at www.franklinamerican.com. • Register new users for website access

• Change permissions for individual users

• View your Broker Report Card

• Add/edit Loan Prospector information

Login to www.franklinamerican.com.

Select “Admin” in the upper right corner of the screen.

View/edit company’s fulfillment e-mail address and Loan Prospector

(LP) TPO number and password.

View all current users of www.franklinamerican.com within

your company.

To add a new user to website access click “Add User” at the bottom of the current user list.

Complete the user information fields and check which permissions

the user should have access to. When complete, click “Submit.”

To remove a user from website access click “Delete.”

To edit a user’s rights within the website click “Edit.”

From the Permissions page for a specific user, check or uncheck the

access you wish to grant users and click “Submit.”

Access your company’s Broker Report Card by selecting “Loan Status”

from the Wholesale home page at www.franklinamerican.com.

Select “Broker Report Card.”

Use the dropdown menu to change the date parameters you would

like to view and select “View Report.”

The Broker Report Card shows the lock, submitted, underwriting received,

funded, and product mix information for the time period selected.

Administrative Users will only have the ability to view and edit user

information with the same Broker ID.

Example: User is registered with Broker ID 37630-000. They cannot edit info for logins or permissions associated

with Broker ID 37630-0001.
