Information about fresh admissions into Intermediate First Year in TMR Jr.
colleges for theAcademicYear2018-19.
I. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Study Particulars: The candidates must have passed SSC/X Class Board
Examinations or equivalent examinations in one attempt in March 2018
in Telangana State.
2. The Age: The candidate should not cross 18 years of age as on 31-08-
2018.
3. Annual Income of Family: For Rural candidates the Annual Income
should be below 1.5 Lakhs,for urban candidates below 2.0 Lakhs.
4. Nativity: The candidate should be resident of any district of Telangana
State.
II. COURSES OF STUDIES:
Part I:English
Part II: Second Language; Any one of the following Telugu, Urdu.
Part III: Optional Subjects:
5. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (MPC).
6. Biological Sciences consisting Botany, Zoology, Physics and
Chemistry (Bi.P.C).
7. Mathematics, Economics & Commerce (MEC).
8. Commerce, Economics & Civics (CEC).
III. Medium of Instructions: English
IV. ELIGIBILITY FOR MPC, B.P.C,MEC& CEC.
1. The candidate who opt MPC group should have been secured minimum
average marks of 60%or CGPA 6.0 and B2 grade in Mathematics subject in
SSC/X Class Board Examination.
2. The candidates who optBiPC group should have been secured minimum
average marks of 60% or CGPA 6.0 and B2 grade in Science subject in
SSC/X Class Board Examination.
3. The candidates who opt MEC group should have been secured minimum
average marks of 60% or CGPA 6.0 and B2 grade in Mathematics subject in
SSC/X Class Board Examination.
4. The candidates who opt CEC group should have been secured minimum
average marks of 60% or CGPA 6.0 in SSC/X class Board Examination is
sufficient.

The candidate may opt any one of the two groups MPC/BiPC, or
MEC/CEC) in Part – III subjects. However he/she can give order of preference
of these two groups as per his/her choice for admission. MEC and CEC groups
are available only in TMR Jr. College Nagaram, Nizamabad Dist.

Preference will be given to the students who have passed out from TMR
Schools subject to their eligibility. After allotting the seats to the eligible TMR
School students, the left over seats will be allotted to other students based on
their merit as per the criteria.
The number of seats earmarked for Orphan / Disabled / Armed force
personnel of Ex – Serviceman or widows of Ex – Servicemen children shall be
allotted from the quota of respective community.If more number of candidates
are registered from these categories against the allotted seats, the admission
shall be given based on the merit. If no child is registered from these specialised
categories, the seats shall be filled by giving the admission to the children of
respective community based onthe merit.
VIII. DOCUMENTS TO BE FURNISHED.
1. At the time of submission of ONLINE application the candidate should possess the following.
a) Passport size Photograph. b) Aadhaar card. c) Memorandum of marks of SSC/X Class Board Exam. Obtained through E-
seva/Mee-seva or original marks sheet issued by the Board. d) Date of Birth. e) Parents Annual Income. f) Community/Caste Information. g) Aadhaar & Mobile no. of Parents.
2. Following documents in original with one set of Xerox copies should be
submitted by the selected candidate at the time of admission in the
respective Jr. College.
a) Memorandum of marks of SSC/X Class Board Exam.
b) The candidates who have passed X class Board Exam other than SSC
Board of Telangana they should submit the equivalence certificate issued
by the competent authority.
c) Date of Birth and Study certificate.
d) Transfer certificate
e) Aadhaar card (photo copy).
f) Parents Annual Income Certificate.
g) For SC, ST and BC candidates caste certificate issued by Tahsildar
h) For disabled candidate’s medical certificate issued by concerned medical
officer.
i) For Armed Force personnel/Ex- servicemen children – certificate obtained from concerned authorities.
j) Converted Christians – Certificate issued by Tahsildar.

k) Two Passport size Photographs of candidates and one Photograph of Parents.
l) In respect of candidates participation in Sports/NCC/Scout/Guide/Exhibition they should submit the participation certificate issued by the concerned authorities.
Note:Income Limit is not applicable to disabled and Armed Force/Ex-Servicemen Children.
IX. HOW TO SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION. a) Application given at Annexure-II
b) Before submission of ONLINE Applications the candidates should go
through the prospectus and application format by visiting TMREIS Official
website tmreis.telangana.gov.in
c) After fulfilling the eligibility submit the duly filled in ONLINE application
through the official website tmreis.telangana.gov.in from any internet
centre or any upgraded TMR Institution as shown in annexure – II.
d) There is no ONLINE registration fee.
There is no scope for change of any particulars mentioned in the
application after submission of ONLINE application.
For all other details candidates should visit the official website
tmreis.telangana.gov.inor contact helpline centre (040-23437909) any upgraded
TMR Institution, concerned DMWO office or TMREIS Head office, Near Star
Hospital, Road No. 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
X. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES.
a) Before submission of ONLINE application candidate should fill the sample
application form given at Annexure – I.
b) Passport size photograph should be kept ready.
c) Particulars given in the application should be filled carefully with correct
information.
d) There is no scope for change of any particulars mentioned in the application
once the application is submitted on ONLINE.
e) Parents/Guardians are responsible for any wrong entry in the application
from.
f) Phone numbers mentioned in the application form should be of
parents/guardians only (Not net centre).
g) Candidate has no right to claim the admission in TMR Institution by mere
submission of ONLINE application.
h) Application can be submitted through ONLINE up to 15-05-2018.

i) Boys have to apply for admission in Boys’ Colleges and Girls have to apply for
admission in girls’ colleges only.
j) Candidate should give the order of preference of Jr. College up to three.
k) The candidate who opt MPC group should have been secured minimum
marks of 60% marks or CGPA6.0 and B2 grade in Mathematics subject in
SSC/X Class Board Examination
l) The candidates who opt BiPC group should have been secured minimum
marks of 60% or CGPA 6.0 and B2 grade in Science subject in SSC/X Class
Board Examination.
m) The candidates who opt MEC group should have been secured minimum
marks of 60% and CGPA 6.0 and B2 grade in Mathematics subject in SSC/X
Class Board Examination
n) The candidates who opt CEC group should have been securedminimum
marks of 60% and CGPA 6.0 in SSC/X class Board Examination.
o) The candidate may optany one of four groups i.e. MPC, /BPCor MEC/ CEC
subject to his/her eligibility. However he/she can give order of preference of
these four groups for admission as per his/her choice.
p) After submission of ONLINE application, candidate should take print out of
the application and should be kept it safely.
Note: MEC and CEC Groups are available only in Jr. College Nagaram (Boys),
Nizamabad Dist. and there is no MPC/BiPC Groups in this college. Whereas
M.P.C./BiPCgroups are available in all other Jr. Colleges and MEC/CEC Groups
are not available in these colleges.
XI. SELECTION PROCESS.
1. Selection is done on the basis of merit i.e. CGPA/Marks secured in SSC/X
Class Board Examinations.
2. Preference will be given to the students who have passed out from TMR
Schools subject to their eligibility.After allotting the seats to the eligible TMR
School students, the left over seats will be allotted to other students based
on their merit as per the criteria.
3. The Group is taken as criteria for offering the admission but not based on the
preference of the college opted by the candidate.
4. If more than one candidate, secured the same Marks/CGPA, selection is
done based on the Grade or Grade Point /Marks secured in Mathematics for
MPC group. If the candidatespossess same Grade or grade Point /Marks in
Mathematics, then Marks/Gradein Science is considered, if they possess
same Grade/Marks in Science the selection is done based on Grade/Marks

secured in English subject, if it is also same, the D.O.B is taken into
consideration for selection i.e. senior student will be given preference.
5. If more than one candidate who have opted BiPC group and secured the
same CGPA/Marks, the selection is done based on the Grade or Grade Point
/Marks secured in Science subject, if they have same Grade or grade
Point/Marks in Science then Grade or Grade Point /Marks in English subject
is considered, if they possess same Grade or Grade Point/Marks in English
subject, then selection is done based on D.O.Bi.e. senior student will be
given preference.
6. If more than one candidate who have opted MEC group and secured same
Marks/CGPA, the selection is done based on the Marks/Grade secured in
Mathematics subject, if they have same Marks/Grade in Mathematics then
Grade or Grade Point /Marks in English subject is considered, if they possess
same Grade or Grade Point /Marks in English subject, then selection is done
based on D.O.B. i.e. senior student will be given preference.
7. If more than one candidate who have opted CEC group and secured same
Marks/CGPA, the selection is done based on the Marks/Grade or Grade Point
secured in English subject is considered, if they possess same Grade/Marks
in English subject, then selection is done based on D.O.B. i.e. senior student
will be given preference.
8. Weightage in marks/CGPA will be given to the eligible Games
&Sports/Adventure Activities/NCC/Scout &Guide/ participation in
Exhibition students as per the details given below.
