house policies:The pittsburgh fire Department requires theatres to make a pre-show announcement,
ten minutes prior to curtain time, about emergency exit locations. This announcement

The city of pittsburgh fire code requires a 4' access path to be maintained to all fire protection
equipment such as fire hoses, extinguishers and pull stations.
The aacc is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

aluminum frame and legs, which is used at orchestra level and has (28) removable seats.
This is the house default configuration.
The scaffolding system can be removed entirely from the orchestra pit, at which point
the pit can accommodate approximately (25) musicians at pit level.
Strike or restore of scaffolding system will require a minimum of 4 hours labor and

3 impersonate any person or entity or falsely sate or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a
person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identities in order to disguise the origin of
any material transmitted through the internet/Wi-fi System;
4 Transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that you do not have a right to
make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside informa-
tion, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment or other
confidential relationships or under not-disclosure agreements);
5 Transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that infringes any patent, trade-
mark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary or other rights of any party;
6 Transmit (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising,
promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” pyramid schemes” or any other form of
solicitation;
7 Transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that contains software viruses or
any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality
of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
8 interfere with or disrupt the internet/Wi-fi System or servers or networks connected to the inter-
net/Wi-fi System, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks con-
nected to the internet/Wi-fi System;
9 intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or
any regulations having the force of law;
10 “Stalk” or otherwise harass another; or collect or store, or attempt to collect or store, personal data
about third parties without their knowledge or consent;
11 Resell any portion of the internet/Wi-fi System or access to it without The piTTSbURGh cUlTURal
TRUST’s authorization;
12 Use the internet/Wi-fi System for high volume date transfers, especially sustained high volume
data transfers, hosting a web server, iRc server, or any other server;
13 Use the internet/Wi-fi System to stream bandwidth consuming audio and video services. examples
of such services include pandora Radio, XM Radio, Spotify and video services such as Slingbox,
netflix, iTunes.
You understand and agree that The piTTSbURGh cUlTURal TRUST may disclose your communica-
tions and activities using the internet/Wi-fi System in response to lawful requests by governmental
authorities, including patriot act requests, and judicial orders, and other third party requests.
The piTTSbURGh cUlTURal TRUST requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of this
aUp direct the information to help@trustarts.org and include “Wifi” in the subject line. if available,
please provide the following information:
1 the ip address used to commit the alleged violation;
2 the date and time of the alleged violation, including the time zone;
3 evidence of the alleged violation, and
4 your contact details including full name, email address and telephone number.
When reporting an issue regarding unsolicited email please provide a copy of the email messages with
full headers which typically provides all of the above data. other situations will require different meth-
ods of providing the necessary information.

TerminationYou agree that The piTTSbURGh cUlTURal TRUST may terminate this agreement and cancel your ac-
cess to the internet/Wi-fi System at any time, without notice and for any reason including, but not lim-
ited to , violation of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, security or safety reasons,
and/or using the internet/Wi-fi System to perform any illegal activity. You further agree that in the
event of termination for any reason. The piTTSbURGh cUlTURal TRUST will have no liability to you or
any third party.

‘internet access Signup’ page to maintain awareness of any modifications. by continuing to use the in-
ternet/Wi-fi System after such postings, you accept and agree to any and all such modifications.
IndemnificationYou shall defend, indemnify and hold The piTTSbURGh cUlTURal TRUST and its corporate affiliates
and their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, contractors, agents, successors and
assigns harmless from and against, and shall promptly reimburse them for, any and all losses, claims,
damages, settlements, costs and liabilities of any natural whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys’
fees) to which any of them may become subject arising out of , based upon, as a result of, or in any
way connected with, your use of the internet/Wi-fi System or any breach of this agreement.

radio frequency Coordination policyuse of radio frequency (rf) equipment by Visiting productions and prior frequency Coordination
1 in an effort to ensure all events and users are able to avoid radio frequency (Rf) interference with
production and venue related Rf equipment, it is required without exception that all Rf transmis-
sion equipment to be brought into or onto venue property by any visiting production, except that
listed in the “Rf Transmission equipment exception list”, be coordinated with the benedum center
audio Department at least (1) week prior to load in.
2 all visiting production’s Rf transmission equipment shall comply with all pertinent federal communi-
cations commission (fcc) rules and regulations in effect at the time of load in and for the duration
of the production. The benedum center reserves the right to examine and test the visiting produc-
tion’s Rf transmission equipment at any time it is scheduled to be used on venue property to insure
conformity with manufacturer’s performance specifications, compliance with fcc technical require-
ments, to determine interference potential, and/or to determine suspect interference.
3 Under no circumstances will the benedum center permit, authorize or otherwise tolerate the opera-
tion of any transmission equipment which has as its primary purpose to jam or otherwise restrict the
operation of cellular/pcS or pager services in the frequency range of 698Mhz - 2000Mhz (2Ghz).
4 failure to coordinate the visiting production’s Rf transmission equipment with the venue prior to load
in may result in the delay of, or forbiddance to use the Rf equipment. The benedum center reserves
the right to take such action as it believes reasonably necessary in order to prevent operation of said
equipment until the coordination and/or interference issues can be resolved, or to secure the
transmission equipment until it can be removed from the venue.
5 for the purposes of prior coordination, the visiting production shall provide the following detailed
Rf transmission equipment information to the benedum center audio Department at least (1) week
prior to load in:
a) contact name and mobile telephone number and/or e-mail address of individual responsible
for visiting production’s Rf transmission equipment
b) The manufacturer, model, specific frequency bandsplit(s) or pre-programmed
frequencies (if applicable) of each piece of Rf transmission equipment to be operated
on venue property by the production
c) quantities of each item in paragraph 4a
d) if Rf transmission equipment is capable of variable Rf power output, proposed
power level for use on venue property must be indicated for each piece of Rf
transmission equipment
e) posed frequencies for use as a result of any pre-determined frequency band plan
