Waverley Gymnastics Centre offers fun and challenging gymnastics classes for primary school-aged girls and boys of all abilities. All classes are taken by qualified and registered coaches, in a safe and fun environment, and are designed to increase coordination, flexibility and fitness.

Kids Unlimited chess coaching staff will run playful and lively lessons, sure to delight and challenge players of all abilities. Gain the skills of problem solving and strategic thinking whilst learning sneaky traps and cunning plans all through the fun of chess games. The class also has opportunities for students to represent the College at inter-school tournaments. There are trophies and prizes to be won. Basketball
The Kelly Sports basketball program is an ideal way for your little sports star to get involved in some fun activities after school. Students will learn all of the basics of basketball and the skills associated with this, including catching, passing, dribbling and game awareness.
The sessions are games based and targeted at junior students of all abilities. The students will not stand in line waiting for a turn they are always engaged, and can work on their skills at their own pace.

Have a special time with Kelly Sports this term. Scorching Summer Sports is a dynamic and active program run for several weeks this term. The program provides an essential base for your child’s motor skills and helps build awareness, coordination and friendship, all in an enjoyable environment.
Multi sport fun is an all inclusive, all action program that covers four sports throughout the term. Students enjoy games and activities in basketball, footy, hockey and crazy games in a safe and challenging environment after school. LCF Soccer Academy
La Cantera Football Australia offer a professionally delivered soccer program, available to all Wesley students. Our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging and positive learning experiences, where players are taught both basic and advanced soccer skills, including: passing, ball control, dribbling and shooting.
Our updated curriculum focuses on the development of individual technical ability within a group setting, and is run by FFA/AFC C-License accredited and experienced youth National Premier League coach Alejandro Osorio.

Our learn to swim program consists of swimming and water safety, with dedicated, qualified and experienced instructors.
Certificates are available for children as they complete each level and parents can discuss with the pool deck supervisor the progress of their child, at anytime during the term.

e2 Young Engineers runs an enrichment program for children from Prep to Year 2. We build motorized LEGO© models using LEGO© bricks, gears, axles, motors etc. Students are taught the basic concepts of maths and science while explaining the principle behind the working of the model. We build educational models like amusement park rides, vehicles, machines etc.
Students are provided with LEGO© kits, motors, batteries and visual instructions. They will build a different model each week.

At Kids Unlimited, we focus on incorporating martial arts skills into a holistic approach to self-defence and personal development. Your child will practise the important life skills of respect, confidence, self-control, discipline and dedication via the physical teachings of martial arts - self-defence, improving motor skills, coordination and general fitness.
We also reinforce values that you will be teaching your children at home, such as self-respect, how to avoid and deal with bullying and, most importantly, when to use their martial arts training.

e2 Young Engineers robotics programs with WeDo take students from introductory to advanced robotics in a fun and collaborative learning environment. It gives the inspiration, tools and knowledge to explore computer programming.
Design, build, program and test robots that can complete tasks, respond to environmental changes and much more. This encourages the comprehensive learning of science, technology, software engineering and maths. Children work in groups with assigned models and challenges based on age.

XSOAR Perform is a peak performance company that delivers specialised tennis training programs to empower young tennis players to “break boundaries” so they can unleash their true potential. XSOAR’s program is designed to progressively build and accelerate the student’s technical and tactical skills throughout the term and over the course of the year.
XSOAR was founded by Lauren Breadmore a former professional tennis player who competed on the WTA professional tennis circuit for ten years, played in five Grand Slams at the Australian Open and reached career high rankings of number four in Australia, number one in Victoria and WTA number 221.
Children must wear sporting appropriate clothing, footwear and hat. Only 16 spots are available.

For all program dates, times or any additional information, please contact the Program Coordinators.
Please ensure that you have registered your child before they attend any After School Classes. This allows the provider adequate time to prepare staffing requirements.
• Karate, Soccer, Chess and Tennis enrolments will be booked through the Community College via the enrolment form in this brochure. Please complete the enrolment form and send it to community.college@wesleycollege.net
• Please contact the relevant Program Coodinator if you wish to enrol in other After School Classes listed.
• Enrolments will only be accepted up until the third week of classes
All students who are not collected by their parents from their after school class will be taken to the Aftercare program. As this is run by an external provider, Looked After (Extend), we encourage all children to be registered with them, in the event you are late in collecting your child.
If your child needs to go to the Looked After (Extend) program, you will be charged the relevant fee for the service.
