[COS’É APRE?]

APRE è un ente di ricerca non profit con l’obiettivo, sancito dall’articolo 3 del suo statuto, di promuovere la partecipazione italiana ai programmi di ricerca e sviluppo finanziati dalla Commissione Europea.

È sostenuta da numerose Università e organizzazioni private e pubbliche del mondo accademico, dell’industria e della finanza.

Prima realtà del suo genere in Italia, APRE nasce nel 1989 come “Task Force” del Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca.

Nel 1990 viene poi costituita formalmente da Confindustria, ENEA, FAST e Mondimpresa

• For experienced researchers! be in possession of a doctoral

degree or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience

• Mobility: at the time of the deadline for submission of proposals,

researchers must not have resided or carried out their main activity in the country of their host organisation for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the reference date

• “bottom-up” approach

• The project proposals are submitted by experienced researchers in liaison with a host organisation

• The Grant Agreement signed between the host organisation (MS/AC) and the REA

• To support the career development, or restart, of experienced researchers, at any stage of their career ladder

• To enhance their individual competence diversification in terms of skill acquisition at multi- or interdisciplinary level and/or by undertaking intersectoral experiences

• Experienced researchers of any nationality; mobility rule

• Duration of between 12 and 24 months (full time equivalent)

• A Personal Career Development Plan established by the experienced researcher and the scientist in charge

[CIG - Career Integration Grants]

• To improve considerably the prospects for the permanent

integration of researchers who are offered a stable research post

in Europe after a mobility period

• The duration of grants is up to 4 years

• Experienced researchers of any nationality

• Mobility rule

• A researcher who has benefited or is benefiting from a FP6 or FP7

Reintegration Grant is ineligible

• A fixed amount of € 25.000 per researcher per year (e.g. part of

salary, other staff employed for the project, travel costs, overheads,

management costs, etc)
