First – Don’t do it Alone

1. Look at your organization and see if they are ready to commit and to realize the benefits of a scaled Agile adoption will bring

2. Partner with someone who knows how to do this

3. Seed your teams with people who already have Agile experience

4. Establish a Steering Committee (Center of Excellence) to map the way
