AccuLoad III Blending

Sequential Blending

Sequential Blending

• Blending of More Than One Product Into a Truck Through the Sequencing of Product-Specific Block Valves One Product at a Time Through One Meter With Up to 50 Recipes Available.

• The ratio of varying products is designated in the recipe as a percentage of the total preset.

• These percentages must total 100%.

• AccuLoad automatically calculates the actual volumes of each product to be delivered.

• The order of product delivery must be included in the recipe definition.

Ratio Blending

Ratio Blending

• Blending More Than One Product Into a Truck Simultaneously Through Dedicated Product Lines Each Having Its Own Meter and Control Valve Co-Mingling in a Common Header

• The ratio of the component products is designated in the recipe as a percentage of the total preset.

• These percentages must total 100%.

• The AccuLoad III automatically calculates the actual volumes of each product to be delivered.

• Flow rates are adjusted for optimal blend accuracy while conforming to the programmed system flow profile using Smith's exclusive control algorithm.

Hybrid Blending

Hybrid Blending

• Hybrid Blending is a Combination of Sequential Blending and Ratio Blending.

• Suited for Applications Such as Ethanol Blending or Bio-Diesel Blending.

• The Sequential Products Flow One at a Time.

• Ratio Products Flow Simultaneously with Each of the Sequential Products.

• Ratio Product(s) can be Plumbed Either Upstream or Downstream of the Sequential Product Meter.

• Up to 5 Ratio Product Meters on One Arm

• Each Ratio Product for Hybrid Arms Require a Control Valve.

• The Sequential Meter Requires 1 Control Valve.

• Each Sequential Product Requires a Block Valve if Multiple Sequential Products are Programmed.

Hybrid Programming

Wildstream Blending

Wildstream Blending

• Provides Continuous In-Line Blending of two or More Products.

• Load Arm is Configured as Hybrid.

• Meters can be Plumbed Upstream or Downstream

• Programmable Unlimited Preset Parameter.

• Wildstream can be Controlled or Uncontrolled.

• Up to Three Loading Arms With two Products Each

Wildstream Configuration

• The First Meter(s) Configured

are the Controlled Products.

• Number of Controlled Products

is Determined by the Number

of Ratio Products

Programmed.

• The Last Meter Configured is

the Wildstream Product

Upstream Plumbed

• Controlled Product

Plumbed Upstream of the

Wildstream Product.

• Uncontrolled Wildstream

Product.

Two Controlled Products

• On the Fly Blend Percent and

• Three Uncontrolled Wildstream

Products.

Unlimited Preset

• Arm High Flow Rate not Required for Unlimited Preset.

• Arm Low Flow Start Rate is not Used for Wildstream.

• If High Flow Rate is Programmed, Excess High Flow Rate Alarm can be Used.

• Controlled Product Flow Rate Based on Wildstream Flow rate.

• AccuLoad Adjusts the Controlled Product Flow Rate to Adjust Blend Percentage in Recipe.

• Timed Blend Algorithm is automatically used When Set to Unlimited Preset.

• Ratio Adjust Factor Algorithm will not be used.

Controlled Wildstream

• Desired Flow Rates are Based on Programmed High and Low Flow Rates.

• Arm High Flow Rate is used if all Meters are Controlled.

• Low Flow Start Rate is Used if all Meters are Controlled.

• Blend Adjustments are Made After Low Flow Start Amount.

• AccuLoad Adjusts Both Controlled Product Flow Rates to Adjust Blend Percentage of Recipe.
