The intended outcomes of the “alliance

contract/workstream”

The evaluation regime

The outcomes are developed first – from these the evaluation activities are identified

Once an appropriate evaluation regime is developed, activities are developed that will reach those outcomes.

Health intervention activities

What the providers do directly links to the desired outcomes. This builds on what we know about motivation for activity in adults.
