1970 EDITION: § 4706 (e) Application of Metal Plaster Bases. “A weep screed shall be provided at thefoundation plate line on all exterior stud walls constructed on concrete slabs at grade. The screed shall be of a type which will allow trapped water to drain to the exterior of thebuilding.”
