Obtaining Your Wireless Connection

• Obtain your wireless connection from the facility.

• Within Your Wireless Network Select CVGUEST

• Most Facilities Connection Password is (Either

ALL CAPS or ALL Lower Case Letters): CV0_ _ GUEST (The pace holders are the facilities number. For example, CV Claremont is #10; therefore, the password is CV010GUEST).

• Note: If you do not have Explore 7 or above; you will need to download before you can access the software. You maybe redirected to the download site.

Let Practice – Face Sheets

• Face Sheets can be found and printed by competing the following steps:

1. Select Resident Information

2. Select/Click the LINK PHOTO, then click “FACE SHEET”

3. The Face Sheet will Open in a different screen.

4. Click File and Print.

ORDERS

•From the Tool Bar; From the Tool Bar; select/ Click “Orders”select/ Click “Orders”

•The Orders will appear in a drop box under each respective orders.

•Here you see the Medication Orders for this resident. You can click “Medications” to see details.

•If you scroll down Tx Orders, Other Orders, Advance Directives, Diet, lab, and etc., Orders are below.

VITALSVITALS

1. Click here to quickly view vitals (for example weight-see scale)

2. Click here to view all listed vitals (not all data may be provided at few facilities).

• Once you have selected the Weight section; the graph feature will allow you to identify the fluctuation of the residents weight and if the weight was entered (see for example the monthly weight was entered timely).

Click on “MDS” from Tool Bar.

•MDS Assessments will be listed by date.

•Select which MDS Assessment you would like to view (If done correctly; the assessment will also be easily identifiable and labeled; for example see “Admission Assessment”)
