APA Format: The painfully meticulous way① Author: Last name, initials of first name

④ Title of Periodical is in title-case

They should be italicized.

1.0 Basic Form

Format:Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (Year). Title of article. Title of Periodical, volume number(issue number), pages.

2.0 Take note:

Journal pagination starts from issue one and continues on subsequent issues.

- Capitalise only the first letter and proper nouns in the title of journal- Type title of article in title format- Volume number is

Format:Last name, First Initial. (Year, Month Day). Article title. Magazine Title. Volume number(Issue number), Page numbers.

- Full date is used for weekly magazines; month and year for monthly magazines.- Magazine title and volume number is italicized.
