1_ Social : Establish the cultural method of thearea :" Al Freej" Variety on the distribution of theplot areas to obtain social equity.Establish wally center to organize the issues onthe neighborhood.easy planning for future expansion.

2_ Economy : Decrease the coast of the plot unit by enhance the size and shape of the plot for example : semi attached or total attached plots

3_Eenvironmental : Establish green,water areas.respict the wind and sun radiationdirections on theplanning.

- Integrate the upgraded highway and its associated structures and landforms with the surroundings, enhancing visual connection to significant landscape features.
