specifications and drawings.

• Driveways and pathways will be a mix of tarmac and premix

asphalt, with concrete paving and evergreen blocks. 

• Textured concrete slabs for walkways. 

• Landscaping will consist of grassed lawns, trees, shrubs and

• Guarded security kiosk at entrance gate for access control of
