Forgot Your Password - ResetHow to get your password reset.

Open the login page in your browser: elearn.dop.wa.gov

1 - Click the password link

2 - Enter your Email Address or your Username (Personnel number)

3 - Click the “Enter” button

Note: You will receive two emails from the Learning System Administrator.

4 - Open Outlook and view the emails containing your "Username" and temporary password.

5 – Select and copy your temporary password "Control + C"

The password is case sensitive. Don’t select the blank space at the end of the password.

6 – Return to the LMS in your browser and click the Login link

7 – Enter your Username

If you don't know your "User Name", you'll find it in the email we sent you.

8 - Paste your temporary password "Control + V"

The password is case sensitive.

9 - Click the "Enter" button

10 - Again, Paste your temporary password "Control + V"

11 - Enter a new password (must be at least six characters in length).

12 - Enter your new password again to verify the spelling.

13 - Click the "Enter" button. You should now be logged in.
