Power plant complex that would provide renewable energy to the city of Cancun and it will likely begin with a 32 MW vertical wind power turbine plant at its tower, and under the sea the hotel facilities will have an installation of 480 tidal power turbines in the channel between Penang and Malacca Straits fast moving water, that will produce and additional 47 MW, capturing the power of the tides just as wind turbines capture energy from air movement.
