Setup entry tab, used toview “Modules and Tables”and “Audit Fields”
Sub modules/tabs of
Audit.
Main Interface
Use the “Module” dropdown menu to select amodule
The selection will effect two sheets“Modules and Tables” and “AuditField” as directed by those arrows.These sheets will show all therecords related to the module
selected.
How to Select Module
In order to enable audit, click “Enable Audit” button
This will change thedata in the “Audit”field of the selectedrecord from “No” to“Yes”.
How to Enable Audit
In order to remove audit,click on the buttonnamed as “RemoveAudit”.
This action will change“Yes” in the “Audit” fieldto “No”, as directed bythe arrow.
How to Remove Audit
Save” button will savethe data entered inthe text boxes rightto the save button.
How to Save Data
The data can be filtered outfrom the second sheet using thefilter. Enter the value in thetextboxes according to theirlabels and then click on the“Filter” button to get specificdata.
How to Filter Data
Enter the “Field Id” in thetext box encircled by arectangle, and then clickon the “Filter” button.

How Perform Auditing on Transactions Tab
Select the process type,that you want toperform on the tablesafter filtering them.

Data can be filtered by“Tables”, “Dates”, “User”and “Transaction”.
Filtering Data
Data is cleansed,purified or purged inthe “Maintenance” tab.
Click on “Purge records” tostart the process. And Click on“Refresh Records to Purge” torefresh the record list.
