B.O.B.

2014/2015

What is B.O.B.? Reading club that uses a game show format to challenge teams’

knowledge of books.

8 pre-selected books

Teams of students are asked questions based… characters, plots, themes, and settings

Teams consist of 4 students from Grade 5-8. (Usually NO more than 4 on a team)

Students in each team read all of the pre-selected titles

Points are scored by correctly identifying the titles and authors of the books. (1 point for the author name, 3 points for title. There are NO half points)

Questions are asked in the form of a question…”In which book…?”
