CORPORATE PRESENTATION November 2012
The LARGEST developing
GOLD PROJECT in BRAZIL
TSX: BSX
This presentation contains “forward-looking information” within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation. Forward-looking
information includes, but is not limited to, statements with respect to the prospective mineralization of the properties, planned exploration programs,
anticipated permitting and production timetables, and the prospective nature of the Company’s projects. Generally, forward-looking information can
be identified by the use of forward-looking terminology such as “plans”, “expects” or “does not expect”, “is expected”, “budget”, “scheduled”,
“estimates”, “forecasts”, “intends”, “anticipates” or “does not anticipate”, or “believes”, or variations of such words and phrases that state that certain
actions, events or results “may”, “could”, “would”, “might” or “will be taken”, “occur” or “be achieved”. Forward-looking statements are based on
management’s expectations and reasonable assumptions at the time such statements are made. Estimates regarding the anticipated timing,
amount and cost of exploration and development activities are based on assumptions underlying mineral resource estimates and the realization of
such estimates are set out herein. Capital and operating cost estimates are based on historical research of the Corporation and external
consultants, which needs to be updated. Forward-looking information is subject to known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors that
may cause the actual results, level of activity, performance or achievements of the Company to be materially different from those expressed or
implied by such forward-looking information, including but not limited to: general business, economic, competitive, geopolitical and social
uncertainties; reliance on contractors; the actual results of current exploration activities; foreign operations risks; other risks of the mining industry
and those other risk factors that are described in the annual information form. Although the Company has attempted to identify important factors
that could cause actual results to differ materially from those contained in forward-looking information, there may be other factors that cause results
not to be as anticipated, estimated or intended. There can be no assurance that such information will prove to be accurate, as actual results and
future events could differ materially from those anticipated in such statements. Accordingly, readers should not place undue reliance on forward-
looking information. The Company does not undertake to update any forward-looking information, except in accordance with applicable securities
laws.
Carlos Costa, P.Geo, an employee of the Company and a qualified person under NI43-101, has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical
information herein.

Mineral Resources Parameters
1) The mineralized envelope were modeled into wireframe solids using a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off grade in fresh and saprolite rocks. Resources were modeled in vertical and
horizontal sections. 3D shells were generated by linking the horizontal sections
2) The database for the Ouro Verde Deposit comprised a total of 8,190.42 m (45 DDH) of drilling obtained from previously reported drilling and 31,378.90 m of drilling (112
DDH) completed and assayed by Belo Sun since April 2010. Total of 39,569 m (157 drill holes)
3) The mineralized zones at the Ouro Verde deposit extend for about 1,350 m along strike. The resource has been outlined by 157 diamond drill holes constrained by a
conceptual open pit shell that includes resources to a maximum depth of 450 meters. Eight mineralized fresh ore domains and one saprolite ore domain were modeled.
The mineralized composites range in thickness from 2 m to 38 m. The maximum allowed internal dilution is approximately 3 m.
4) The database for the Grota Seca Deposit comprised a total of 23,050.28 m (11 RC and 120 DDH) of drilling obtained from previously reported drilling and from
42,391.30 m of drilling (9 RC and 164 DDH) completed and assayed by Belo Sun since April 2010 . Total of 65,441 m (304 drill holes)
5) The mineralized zones at the Grota Seca Central, West and East deposits extend 2,900 m along strike. The resource has been outlined by 304 drill holes and
constrained by a conceptual open pit that includes resources to a maximum depth of 400 meters. Six mineralized domains and one saprolite domain were modeled. The
mineralized composites range in thickness from 2 m to 72 m. The maximum allowed internal dilution is approximately 3 m.
6) The database for the South Block Targets comprised a total of 3,370.14 m (22 DDH) of drilling obtained from previously reported drilling and 6,890.30 m of drilling (26
DDH) completed and assayed by Belo Sun since April 2010. Total of 10,260 m (48 drill holes)
7) The mineralized zones at the South Block Targets extend for about 1,900 m along strike. The resource has been outlined by 48 diamond drill holes constrained by a
conceptual open pit shell that includes resources to a maximum depth of 260 meters. Three mineralized fresh ore domains and one saprolite ore domain were modeled.
The mineralized composites range in thickness from 2 m to 16 m. The maximum allowed internal dilution is approximately 3 m.
8) Block model grades were estimated via ordinary kriging interpolation using 1.0 m capped composites. All estimations are based on a percent block model with unitary
dimension of 12.5 m E, 5.0 m N and 10 m elevation rotated -20°clockwise in the Ouro Verde, rotated -15°clockwise in the Grota Seca and rotated -25°clockwise in the
South Block.
9) A specific gravity of 2.75 t/m3 (+ 3,000 samples) was used for the Grota Seca (GS) deposit, 2.75 t/m3 (+ 6,000 samples) for the Ouro Verde (OV) deposit, 2.76 t/m3 (+
400 samples) for the South Block (SB) and 1.80 t/m3 for the saprolite density.
10) Estimations are based on original samples using a top cut value that ranged from 9 - 40 g/t Au depending on the mineralized domain.
11) “Open-pit” mineral resources are reported at a cut-off grade of 0.50 g/t Au. “Underground” mineral resources (below pit shell) are reported at a cut-off grade of 2.00 g/t
Au.
12) Measured mineral resources include all mineralized blocks within one time of the variogram range and estimated with minimum of 3 drill holes and minimum of 3
octants using an octant search. Indicated mineral resources include all mineralized blocks within one time of the variogram range and estimated with minimum of 2 drill
holes using an elliptical search. Inferred mineral resources include all mineralized blocks within two times of the variogram range and estimated with minimum of 2 drill
holes including the isolated areas and the blocks that were estimated in the passes one and two (M&I) that not comprised the criteria of these two categories.
Approximately 74% (65 million tonnes) of the resource occurs within
200 meters from surface
