 Mr.  Francis  Law  was  the  Vice  President  of  the  Hong  Kong  Mediation  Centre  in  the  year  of  2012  to  2013.  He  has  also  served  as  the  Chairperson  of  the  Assessment  and  Accreditation  Committee,  the  Chairperson  of  the  Education  and  Professional  Training  Committee  and  the  Chairperson   of   the   Mediation   Services   and   Development   Committee   of   Hong   Kong  Mediation   Centre.     He   is   recently   one   of   the   committee   members   (appointed   by   the  Department   of   Justice)   of   the   Regulatory   Framework   Sub-­‐committee   under   the   Steering  Committee  on  Mediation.        Mr.   Law   has   been   practicing   mediation   for   nearly   10   years   and   had   dealt   with   a   wide  variety  of  mediation  cases,  including  employment,  professional  liability,  probates,  personal  injury,  international  trade,  work  place  and  community  disputes.    He  is  currently  serving  on  a   number   of   Mediator   Panels:   Hong   Kong   Mediation   Centre,   Hong   Kong   Mediation  Accreditation  Association  Limited,  China  Council  for  the  Promotion  of  International  Trade  Mediation  Center  (CCPIT)  and  Hong  Kong  Institute  of  Arbitrators.    Mr.  Law  holds  a  Master  Degree  in  Business  Administration  and  is  currently  furthering  his  Doctorate   Degree   in   Education.   He   has   involved   in   many   training   activities   relating   to  conflict   resolution,   mediation   negotiation   and   workplace   mediation   for   government  officials,   lawyers,   social   works   and   other   professionals   in   conjunction   to   Universities   of  Hong  Kong.    He  is  the  Lead  Trainer  of  Hong  Kong  Mediation  Centre  and  the  Lead  Assessor  of   the   Hong   Kong   Mediation   Accreditation   Association   Limited.     He   is   in   demand   as   a  speaker  on  Mediation,  Conflict  management  and  Negotiation  in  Hong  Kong  and  China.  He  has  over  25  years  experience  in  Public  Administration  Management,  Human  Resource  and  Conflict  Management.
