The courses are in a bite-size,topic-focused format and designedto give non-specialists confidence inworking safely. The training can betailored to a company’s own policies, procedures and systems to feel likeits own in-house course. Deliveredby one of RRC’s qualified andexperienced trainers, theprogrammes are said to inspire andinvigorate and can be legislation-neutral, so are also relevant to aninternational market.

altered or extended to suit the client.Time can be added for practicalwork or creating client-specificgroup work using real situations.Client case studies, exercises anddiscussion points can be integratedinto each programme.
