BUT THE GREAT MAJORITY OF CITIZENS ARE ACTIVE USERS OF THE INTERNET. ONLINE POLITICAL CITIZENS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY OF REACTIVATING A POPULATION TOO MUCH APATHETICAL.
