• A 12 year old girl came to Out patient
department of Pedodontics and
Preventive Dentistry, with the chief complaint of tongue thrusting
habit.
• No contributory medical history was found.
• Dental history – it was her
first dental visit
Intraoral examination :
Patient in permanent dentition stage.
Bilateral angle’s class I molar relation And some occlusal prematurity were present.
Treatment plan:
• Modified Blue grass appliance fixed with 16 & 26
