Board games in kindergarten

They played games, made puzzles and new board game “Balloons”.

5 parents and 2 grandparents and 1 grandgrandmother participated in this acitvity. First they showed puppet theatre “Sad princess”

They played domino and word game

Questionarry about board games: Most popular games are Uno, Circus

(Ladders and snakes), Richu rachu. Both sides are very excited to be together

and play games, especially girls with fathers.

“Guess who”, “Scrable” and “Falling monkeys” were the games many played for the first time. At home they asked parents to go and buy the board games.

Questionarry about board games: They can name more than 40 board games Parents and grandparents can name more

board games than children Most popular games are: Uno, game of

cards, Circus, Monopoly, strategical games.

Classes from 5 to 8 (age 11-15)

5th class has made Circus based on famous play “Sprīdītis”

6th class has made loto “European flags”

8th class has made “Monopoly”

38 adults participated in this activity Children with ethusiasm played and made

games. Adults were happy to come to school for

nice purpose to be together with their children.

Everybody admits that there is not enough time to play games at home and this is good oportunity to spend time meanigfully.

In their free time pupils can play games in library and small ones do it with pleasure.
