Site Location

Boca Chica is strategically located close to both the high load centers as well as the AES Andres regas facility. Sub-station and transmission capacities are adequate for over 100MW. The Site will accomodate up to three 100MW modules.

LS ENERGIA DOMINICANA and AES DOMINICANA have an agreement for the construction of an 8 Km gas pipeline from the AES LNG regasification plant to the LS Energia Boca Chica site. The accord provides for an uninterrupted supply of high quality, competitively priced natural gas to enable LS Energia to serve multiple both private and pubic off-takers.

Gas Supply Agreement

LS ENERGIA DOMINICANA has obtained committments from multiple private and public consumers of electricity sufficient to assure construction of the project. All major PPAs are close to execution.
