A flexitank allows you to safely transport bulk liquid

anywhere around the globe

Flexitanks work with regular 20’ shipping containers.

We select container free of internal / external damage and line

them for added protection.

This ensures that the contents are kept safe even during the most

rigorous of journeys.

The container can be lined

with coreflute, cardboard

or fabric

Multiple layers of polyethylene keep your

liquid safe.

• Our flexitanks are manufactured at our HACCP food-grade accredited factory.

• They are compliant with FDA and current EU food directives.

• All our factories are accredited to ISO9001:2008 and we are committed to total quality.

• To safeguard against temperature variation and oxygen or vapour migration in transit, we can add Braid integral aluminium foil barrier.

The bulkhead prevents the flexitank system from

making contact with the container doors during

intermodalism.

There are 3 types of bulkhead:

• Full frame

• Loose bar

• Two-piece

Braid flexitanks are supplied with top or bottom load and

discharge valves depending on customer choice.

Working with global

suppliers, Braid flexitanks are

typically fitted with 2” or 3”

gate, butterfly or ball valves

with secure locking devices

and leak proof dust caps

We can deliver container at

destination and assist with collection

and recycling or disposal of the

flexitank.
