OUR  PROJECT  CONTROLS  GROUP  offers  a  great  deal  of  expertise  goes  into  controlling  a  project.  Keeping  the  project  on  time  and  on  budget  is  one  of  the  most  difficult  challenges  to  undertake.  As  part  of  the  overall  project  management  strategy,  our  Project  Controls  experts  participate  and  manage  effectively  stakeholder  requirements  in  scheduling,  planning,  estimating,  risk  assessment  and  management  on  an  ongoing  basis.  Our  very  talented  people  have  come  to  know  where  issues  may  arise  and  propose  solutions  prior  to  any  problems  materializing.  Their  objective  is  provide  value  add  solutions  to  optimize  future  outcomes.
