• Established in 1972, BTS is one of India’s pioneering Destination Management Companies. Starting out as a company that provides business services, the company grew to specialize in travel across the Indian subcontinent. Today BTS provides ground handling services in five countries including India, UAE, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan.

• Venue Selection and finalization

• Selection of conference hotels and theme evening venues

• Give you an option of elaborate themes

• Arrange for transportation – kindly note that all transport selected by us will be the best available and will include onboard service as required by you.

• Creating a program for shuttle transfers to and from conference venue and managing transport through the program

• Negotiate best prices for hotels, transport, theme events, beverage packages

• Preparation of a conference budget

• Signage and branding across the conference from road signage, venue signage, signage for hotels, airport, and transport etc.

• Liaise with government bodies to obtain all permissions required on ground.

• Assist the delegates from arrival – at the airport to departure.

• Baggage handling – through their stay in the country and also during and pre-post tours that they ay select.

• Both Toyota Camry & Honda Accord are luxury segment cars in

India.

• The Toyota Innova is a SUV and very comfortable. This is the base

category of car that we use at BTS.

• All cars & coaches used by us are below 03 years old, driven by

experienced drivers who can understand and speak English (basic

communication) and are very well maintained.

• The cars are equipped with all safety features and the driver has a

cell phone allowing us to keep track all the time.

• Mineral water is available in the cars & coaches with our

MUGHAL THEME

Taking from the last ruling dynasty of India, the Mughal theme depicts their grandeur and their artistic patronage.

The Stage

• Scaled down backdrop of the Taj Mahal with mood lighting.

• Back lit for performance stage.

• Hand crafted.

Performance options

• Kathak – A Mughal dance form that relays the story of the Taj.

• Fusion Performance – talented young musicians play a medley of music in both Indian classical and western styles.

• Qwwali – a traditional singing style which involves sufi music and a large troupe of singers.

THEME Set-Up

• Beautiful arched gateway reminiscent of Mughal architecture.

• Hookas (Sheeshas) with some traditional seating.

• Hostesses dress in saris / lehngas (traditional outfits)

• Welcome – all guests are showered with flower petals

• Instrumental musicians providing background music.

Rajasthani Theme

Rajasthan or the Land of Kings is famous for its romantic fort palaces, its vibrant lifestyle

and the profusion of color. This theme depicts this ancient part of India bringing it life through décor and lively performances.

The Stage

• Backdrop representing the ramparts of an old fort.

• Ample stage, backlit for performances.

• Hand crafted.

Performance Options

• Kalbelia: is one of the most sensuous dance forms of Rajasthan, performed by the Kalbelia, a "snake - charmers" community. Starting slowly, the rhythm of the dance increases and the dancers whirl faster by the minute.

Performance Options

• Bhavai: Another mesmerizing dance of Rajasthan, this involves the dancers (women) to wear lit chandeliers of oil lamps on their heads while dancing. The amazing speed at which they manage to dance leaves everyone spell bound.

Performance Options

• Chari: Water vessels topped with lighted lamps are balanced on the head. This dance is performed by women of the Mali caste to celebrate a marriage or the birth of a male child. Gentle head movements are a must in this dance.

THEME Set-Up

• Beautiful arched gateway decorated with colored stoles from Rajasthan.

• Props like puppets, seat sashes of Rajasthani prints, mashaals (lit torches) etc.

• Hostesses dress in lehngas (traditional outfits)

• Welcome – all guests are garlanded. Honour guard of a Military band and lancers.

• Instrumental musicians providing background music.

KERALA Theme

Kerala is better known across the world by their fantastic brand name – God’s Own

Country – a verdant state in India, the state is typified by its backwaters, rice boats, palm

groves and amazing culture.

The Stage

• Incorporation of house boat and palm trees in the backdrop. The cut out would be designed in such a way that the main door of the house boat will the entrance of the stage.

• Back lit for performance stage.

• Hand crafted.

Performance options

• Kalaripayattu –is a form of the most ancient systems of physical, culture, self-defense and martial techniques still in existence. It traces its routes back to Kerala and is the basis for Kung-fu and other oriental martial arts.

Performance options

• Kathakali –is a highly stylized classical Indian dance-drama noted for its attractive make-up of characters, their elaborate costumes, detailed gestures and well-defined body movements presented in tune with the anchor playback music and complementary percussion.

THEME Set-Up

• Wood crafted gateway using Keralite architecture. • A Panchavadyam – five musician playing large horns

and drums welcome guests. • Traditionally dressed girls apply sandalwood on the fore

head of the guests as a mark of respect and garland them.

• Rangoli – decoration of flowers on the floor. • Fishing nets and small replica boats • Sandal fragrance • Brass lighting lamp, Urli • Hostesses dress in Kerala saris (traditional outfits) • Instrumental musicians providing background music.
