BUILDING CARETAKER

Saskatoon Housing Authority has an exciting job opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team as a permanent, full-time Building Caretaker. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, repair and maintenance of our property. Duties and Responsibilities

• Keeping the entire building including the grounds, sidewalks and parking lots clean and safe (including snow removal)

• Showing units • Assisting in vacancy preparation by monitoring contractors and undertaking minor

repairs, if necessary • Performing annual maintenance inspections on all units • Performing move-out/move-in inspections • Providing tenant orientations for new tenants • Performing minor repairs, as required • Maintaining effective, positive public relations with tenants, business, other staff and

general public • Other duties, as assigned
