Introduction to Telecommuting

Opportunity is to help out the organization and employee money situation by implementing a new way of work. The strategy that I am recommending is the use of Telecommuting. Telecommuting can be beneficial in many ways (as later on discussed).

This situation is where an employer would try to help out with the money situation for themselves as well as for the employee.

High prices of rent and economical issues like we see today could be the problem we are trying to fix – saving the money for both the employer and employee is the important idea.

RecommendationAs you could see from the positive and negative

impacts, Telecommuting would be a great help to everyone.

Will impact organizations as more of a positive affect rather then a negative one from what benefits we looked at.

I came to this viewpoint as it was more of a help to everyone and including the community. It can save money at all aspects if used correctly.
