Meet Author and Illustrator:

• Tomek Bogacki was born on April 1, 1950, in Poland. When he was young he liked to sit alone in his room and write stories, read books, and draw pictures.

• He says he never wears suits and ties. He likes to ride his bike and listen to music.

• Tomek Bogacki has illustrated many books, and he has also made many movies.

• "I draw all the time, and have for as long as I can remember."
