adventure camp plus:coeur d'alene river: July 22–26 camp kroc is heading east! This camp will start out with
some fun activities at The kroc, followed by a climbing
trip to Q'emlin park and a Beach Day at Hayden Lake.
finally, campers will pack their gear and head off for an
overnight camping trip on the coeur d'alene River. Great
food and games followed by a relaxing day of floating on
the river will round out the trip.
adventure camp:extreme: July 29–auGust 2It’s time to unlock your inner beast! at extreme
adventure camp, we want campers to do activities that
they would have never thought of or had the outlet to
participate in. from our outdoor rock climbing at Q'emlin
park to high ropes courses, your youth will have the time
of their life—and may get a little dirty in the process.
The week will culminate with our very own "assault" on
canfield mountain, complete with obstacles, paintball
balloons, flour bombs, teamwork and—of course—lots
of mess!
adventure camp plus:priest laKe: July 8–12 This action-packed week will begin on-site with time
in the pool, on the rock wall and a variety of games.
campers will enjoy team building at a high ropes course,
and a movie in the kroc theater, prior to heading to
beautiful priest Lake. at priest, youth will cook, camp
and hang out at the osprey campground on one of the
North’s premier lakes!
adventure camp:revenGe oF the nerds: July 15–19 outdoor adventures like hiking and climbing aren’t for
everyone. Back by popular demand, our Revenge of
the Nerds camp allows campers to venture outside
of reality, and into a world created by and for them.
campers will enjoy slip and slide dodgeball, Nerf fights
and a video game challenge. plus, a field trip to Laser
Quest and LaRping will get campers active and engaged
without having to participate in traditional sports. with
the addition of mythbusters experiments, human paper
mache, and trips to the beach, this will definitely be a
week to remember.

The american Red cross.

• adventure camp staff will be equipped with cell phones and first aid kits, as well as all emergency information needed for each participant.
• kroc lifeguards will be present during all swim sessions that take place at The kroc center.
• a first aid kit and a list of medications and allergies will be on camp staff at all times. parental emergency contact information will remain on staff no matter the activity, and cell phones will be allotted to multiple staff members for emergency purposes and to remain in contact with the camp Director.
It takes a special person to be a counselor for our
campers, your kids. camp kroc counselors have to
be energetic, enthusiastic, fun—but also trained to
respond quickly and efficiently in any situation. Your
child’s safety is our number one priority.
